The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after;
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.
Psalm 27:1-4
Life’s challenges are real; the struggles, disappointments as well as the confusion of our lives, however, we have hope, an expectation that the God of our faith will sustain us. Hope, expectation is a necessary ingredient for us to thrive in. the midst of the darkness of life. The hymn writer says, our hope is built on nothing less than Jesus blood and righteousness, the rightness of who God is and His promises for our lives. If ever it is important, amid our unknowns and uncertainties is to grip the solid rock, it is our witness and thus our power. Your Power Of Witness is the fuel that transports you in the wind of God, His Spirit which empowers. Catch The Wind of God and flow out of the darkness of life by allowing the light of God and your faith in Him prevail. The Lord is our light and the more we move closer to Him the more His light will shine, scatter darkness of our lives and situations. It is the strength of God, the light in our darkness, which prevails against our enemies, our foes, and that which would encamp all around about us. Do not allow the fear of the dark prevail; feel, faith your way to the life and life more abundantly, the beauty of Him and His promises to us and allow Him to lead and guide, making sense out of the traffic; struggles, disappointments, and confusion of your life and live. Catch The Wind of God and flow into your right lane that sets you up to overcome and inherit all things as promised by God. I do not know what tomorrow will bring but I have faith that the God who is my light holds my future and His promises to me and to all who would believe and as a result will not perish but have everlasting life! I own my faith and it is my Power Of Witness in which I shall live and not die, I beseech you to do the same.
