Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

Ephesians 5:1-2

The sacrifice of Christ to and for us, because He Loved us, you and I now have the right to choose reconciliation to God’s promises for our lives. Though we may be unlovable and have done unlovable things, God through Christ Loved us in which Christ died in advance to give us a pathway that wipes our slate clean and gives us direct access to God’s promises for our life and life more abundantly. It is the fact that we have been Loved before we ever did the unlovable and Loved so that God, through Christ willingly sacrificed Himself in the hopes that we would believe that we are reconciled to God’s original intent, that's a Most Favored Status.
