For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Romans 8:14-17

The power of our uniting with the Spirit of God to allow the Spirit of God inside each one of us to lead and guide us makes God our Father and we His children. Taking on the Spirit of God and allowing it to have full rein over your life is the testimony of whom you belong and that He is yours. All God requires is that we, even in our flesh, release ourselves to the reins of His Spirit in and over our lives, and wherever you may find yourself or in whatever situation that you are in or that engages you, you will have the full support of the presence, power, and promises of God your Father. You can trust God not just because you claim Him and you are led by His Spirit, but also because God claims and owns you as His child, thus reliable to and for you to win every time. Therefore, trust God and His Spirit to take up leadership over your life, building the necessary alliance for you to overcome whatever may exist before you so that all things work out for your good, a Most Favored Status to live, move, and have your being.
