For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. So then death worketh in us, but life in you.

II Corinthians 4:11-12

Because we are living souls, life’s challenges will exist, and those gates will seek to prevent us from achieving God’s promises for our lives, however, we must resist and show ourselves alive.  Showing ourselves alive is rooted in our willingness to Get Up, make a decision, and act in our circumstances.  Our acting creates tension with life's adversities and the challenges of our lives, and that is a good thing for in so doing our flesh and our life’s external forces are met with our being alive, the life within us to shape and form our experience to Open Up The Way.  Remember as the outer man perishes, the flesh and external forces seeking to dominate our lives and narratives, the inner man, the very essence and Spirit of God within us becomes more alive; God’s Word made flesh, the very act in which we Open Up The Way!
