Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

John 11:24-26

The Good Shepherd makes room for us to grow and expand our faith in and through the experiences of our lives.  Although Martha wanted Jesus to come so that her brother would not die, Jesus came later, and she had the opportunity to see the power of God even over death, and her brother returned to us.  It does not make sense to us why God, who loves us unconditionally, would allow the 6th to the 9th-hour darkness so much so that we believe He has forsaken us, however, what does make sense is that God uses our experiences to free us from our fears and gives us power over our fears.  Open Up The Way by trusting God to be who He is in your life and your challenges, and watch God bring the very desires of your heart to pass!
