Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses,

and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong;

but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the LORD!

Yet he also is wise, and will bring evil, and will not call back his words:

but will arise against the house of the evildoers, and against the help of them that work iniquity.

Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; and their horses flesh, and not spirit.

When the LORD shall stretch out his hand, both he that helpeth shall fall, and he that is holpen shall fall down, and they all shall fail together.

Isaiah 31:1-3

God has already proven Himself in your life; just look back over your life and see where He has brought you from and know that He did not do that just to leave you now.  I do not always understand God’s ways or His thoughts, Isaiah says, they are much higher than ours, but I do know that when given the opportunity to take me out and/or let me languish and/or spiral into destruction, out of nowhere, By God’s Spirit, He brought me out.  No matter whether you can see God or define His actions, By God’s Spirit, undefinable and untraceable, He has brought you out and He always, after the dust has settled, takes you higher and forward.  Do not rely on what is, stick with what shall be as declared by God, He will never leave you or forsake you, His thoughts are always toward you.  Open Up The Way; your mind, spirit, and flesh to God being your way maker, miracle worker, promise keeper, light in your darkness, for that is who God is!
