O magnify the LORD with me,

and let us exalt his name together.

I sought the LORD, and he heard me,

and delivered me from all my fears.

They looked unto him, and were lightened:

and their faces were not ashamed.

Lift Up Your Head to magnify the Lord and what He is doing in your life.  Life, with its challenges, will force you to choose whether to live or die, and if you choose to live, you must Lift Up Your Head to see and seize opportunities and possibilities to Open Up The Way for your abundant living.  No one or nothing is immune from the depression and anxiety that exist because of life and its challenges, however, to overcome them, you must have a source that will provide you with the necessary fuel to enable you to Lift Up Your Head.  The fuel for resistance to life and its challenges for you to live is found in your expectations of God, which are rooted in your experience and assurance; your journeying with God, which builds your faith.  Be intentional about keeping a faith journal of your experiences, the bad times and the good times, because they will serve as building blocks of your faith, thus raising your expectations in times of trouble that will empower you to overcome and inherit the life and life more abundantly which is yours!
