Free Yourself by crying out to God, in so doing we acknowledge that some things about life are beyond our control, however, we acknowledge the Creator-God as being the One who can handle it and help us to overcome. Culturally, we can often hear in the community of the African American tradition, believers and non-believers, cry “Lord have mercy,” the acknowledgment of the Lord being in charge of all things and of our limitations.  Free Yourself by crying out to God, God is not keeping a record of your dotted “i’s” or crossed “t’s,” He is just available to you, a very present help!  Stop allowing your guilt and shame, a tactic of darkness and evil, to prevent you from getting the assistance you need to Open Up The Way.  Your experiences, good or bad, are God’s knocking at your door to come in and help you, Free Yourself from whatever hinders you from possessing and enjoying His promises for your life and life more abundantly!
