And after this Joseph of Arimathaea, being a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for fear of the Jews, besought Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus: and Pilate gave him leave. He came therefore, and took the body of Jesus. And there came also Nicodemus, which at the first came to Jesus by night, and brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about an hundred pound weight. Then took they the body of Jesus, and wound it in linen clothes with the spices, as the manner of the Jews is to bury.
John 20:38-40
After Jesus' death, Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus came out of the shadows to tenderly care for His body, wrapping Him with costly spices and linen. Sometimes we think victory looks loud, obvious, and celebrated — but real treasure, real Hidden Manna, is often moving quietly behind the scenes. Joseph and Nicodemus didn’t find life in public applause; they found it by honoring Jesus in a place everyone else had written off as defeat. Today, let’s stop chasing validation in bright lights and trending moments. The real glory — the real nourishment — is found when we love, serve, and obey in the hidden places, where it’s just us and God. Don't miss your blessing because you were Looking In All The Wrong Places; the Hidden Manna is waiting in your obedience, even when no one else is watching.
